You have to call,but they only take calls Mondays and it is hard to get through you just have to keep trying.
If i remember right you have to call them and set up an appointment to talk to someone who will help
You have to call them on Monday morning and set up an appointment. They will walk you thru it. Start calling and keep calling until you get thru, the phones are always busy and can take a while to get thru but just keep chain calling until you reach someone.
