I've been trying to get ahold of someone so I can see about getting help with rent and phone line is busy is there another way to get ahold of someone else

You won't get an answer on Monday! Call or go by there tomorrow and ask for a appointment you will then be given a time to meet with them. Bring any eviction notice, or cut off notice. Funds are limited so call early. Hope this helps.
