Yes. When the water level is normal. Right now it's in a flood stage and flowing fast. There are plenty areas here you can easily accessible to the water without fishing from the ramp. Enjoy your trip!
There is no dock, and it wouldnt be good to fish from the ramp if a boat is trying to put-in or take out, but the river banks nearby might be good. Of course you would need a fishing license.
Possibly, but I have not done any fishing there myself.
