I have purchased some iPhones from this company. Some were damaged/ not as described. I returned them and have still not heard back from anyone in regards to my refund. I have called them multiple times and am still waiting for my refund that is over $1000. It has been over 60 days since I have returned the items. Last time I talked to them, they confirmed they have received the item back and refund will be issued. By far, the worst company I have every purchased tech from. No responsibility, lack of communication and no respect. I am a small business and have spent numerous hours reaching out but no response. If you work with them, they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and do not handle issues well. I am still waiting, please return my money.
