Just how wonderful is it to purchase blinds that are not only well-made, handsome, a pleasure to use, and that totally transform a room? Awesomely wonderful, that’s how wonderful! We knew we wanted new blinds but never realized how they would pull the whole room together, giving it a finished look. It’s a pleasure just to peek into my living room several times a day. And to top it off, the wider blind slats make for better visibility without sacrificing privacy. Sometime we are able to repair things, however if we cannot there are several other options. If the product was purchased from Budget Blinds, we will call the manufacturer to find out what options we have for repair or service from the manufacturer, and will always try to find the best solution and warranty for our customer. If the product is not ours, it really depends on several factors such as type of product, age of product and what the specific issue is. We do have a minimum service charge for our technician to come and troubleshoot your issue.
Yes! The majority of our business is in new and existing residential homes, however we have a large portfolio of commercial projects as well. From apartment complexes, to government office buildings, to small storefront businesses, we can handle any size project.
No, we provide free in-home (or business) consultations with an experienced window covering consultant. All we do is customer window coverings, so you really have nothing to loose. We always say, even if our service is not right for you, you will know more about the options available, and things to consider when shopping for blinds, shutters, shades or draperies and soft treatments.
Your cordless window coverings should not be hard to move. If this is occurring, there are a couple of things you might try. Move the blind or shade all the way up to the top of the window (fully open), and leave it for about 15 minutes, then move it all the way down (fully closed) and back up all the way 3 or 4 times slowly. If this does not resolve the problem, call your local budget Blinds for additional troubleshooting steps or service depending on the specific product you have.
