My delivery drivers were Awesome! They called to let us know they could come earlier than the delivery time window that we received. When does that ever happen? The drivers were very efficient unloading and hooking up our washer. He explained how to use the new machine and we had a pleasant goodbye with him and his team. Love the new washer!

The actual delivery was great! The crew called me ten minutes away (wish they would’ve taken the trash)! I really needed my delivery earlier! I had to take today off and my boss is not happy. The company I purchased it from said deliver BY THE 26th! After exhaustive phone calls it was still put off until today

Pro - Employee's are wonderful, courteous and professional. Appliance was delivered in pristine condition a week early. They showed up during the time frame that was stated in an email and text message. There are many emails and texts right up until they tell you they will be there in 30min. I didn't get that one. Cons - they tell you when you have to be available to them after you paid for them to SCHEDULE a delivery with you. When you call to reschedule you will get a recording explaining how it would be so very inconvenient for them if you do that. Then the tracking software attached to the email does not update to show them on their way. The phone call nor the text to tell you that they will be there in 30 minutes, yeah, never came. I love that I received my goods in perfect condition. I love the responsibility of this company to be early, by a week, and considerate of my goods. A lot. I don't like being told what to do and when to do it when I paid for something to be done on my schedule. Time that belongs to my employer. Time that is scheduled with purpose and inconveniences many when it has to be changed with 12 hours notice. That is not cool.
