This company os a mess I had a 1100 pound shipment that its been delivered with fedex every single time with no issues at all!! This is the first time i get it with saia and they could get with the address i talked to a lady named Candance to help her out finding the location and she was rude and unprofessional next time i rather pay the extra 50$ shipping with fedex rather than deal with this staff it’s ridiculous!

Had an 800 pound functional trainer being delivered. They stated they would call 30 minutes before drop off so I could come home to open the garage. No call! I get home from work and it is in the middle of my driveway. Had to move it in piece by piece into my garage in 109 degree temp.
