My oven in my Jenn-Air gas range quit working. I scheduled an appointment with a different repair shop and boy, am I glad it didn't work out. Not only were they 10 days out before they could look at it, they called me back 2 days later to push it out another 5 days. I set out to see if someone else could help us and came across Daniels Family Values Appliance. Not only did they have great reviews (much better than the other shop I had initially called), Jason answered the phone immediately and was at my home, 40 miles away from Topeka, in less that 24 hours after my initial call. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, he had the part that I needed with him. This was by far the best appliance repair service I have ever received. I'm so impressed with his reliability, response time and knowledge, I will definitely recommend him to others.
