Why don’t y’all get another phone line or set up a “hold” service? Or just, like, an answering machine?? I didn’t even know busy signals were still a thing, this place is like from a different century.

Same experience, 12/18/2020 @ 9:40 AM. Now it doesn't even ring, just connects then disconnects after a few seconds. Tried several times. Ordered Amazon item with 2 day prime shipping. It did not arrive on time. Checked Amazon account, it said delivery attempt was made and package is being held, no address as to where to pick up. Called the main USPS contact number, Had to wait over an hour for a call back. When they called they said it MIGHT be out for delivery but they do not have any information. Did verify the package MIGHT be at the Bennet street location. Got # for Bennet street post office. Called them to verify if I can pick up package or if it is out for delivery. Was not able to reach them. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

I just called and had the same experience. Haven't heard a busy signal in so long I forgot such a thing existed.
