What’s going on in this office . I sent you’ll my documents to get my social security card which was my Id I haven’t received my id back yet ! I’ve been contacting this office & there’s no responses how do I speak with someone.

I understand I been calling them since 9am it's now 3:10pm and still no answer they either hang-up on me or they won't answer or busy signal

I did my replacement card on line through ssa.gov. I took a picture of my state ID and answered a few questions. I tried the office near me and had trouble so I looked for a no contact way to do it. You do have to set up an account online and they will mail you a form to follow with steps on how to do it.
