The guy I talked to was all over the place. To me it seemed like he just did a line of coke before coming to work, he was sniffing and couldn’t sit still. I walked out, I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with these guys.

Had issues with 12.5.1 upgrade on iMac. Apple tech support assisted with three long calls over a period of 18 hours - nada. Had an appointment for 4 days later at WC Apple store when my son suggested MacHQ. Ultimately, my 18 month old iMac had a bad logic board. MacHQ helped me successfully navigate through the Apple web of advisors for a warranty exception saving me $900!! It really depends on if it's under warranty and what's wrong with it. It's always best to bring the watch in and we can take a look at it. Unless it's a battery, if it's out of warranty, most customers just choose to buy a new watch. Other repairs are expensive. All watches need to be sent in to Apple. We can't offer same day service on watches. Thanks!

A 6s Plus display replacement is $29.99 with warranty (AppleCare+) and $189.99 without warranty ... no appointment necessary. This includes the replacement and installation of the entire display, home button, front camera, ear speaker, water resistant gasket, and overall calibration of the display and touch. Service time is normally 1-3 hours. If the iPhone has liquid damage or is damaged in a way that prevents the new display to be installed correctly, the repair is escalated to a mail in repair to Apple .. 3-6 business days and will have different pricing.
