What you need for a replacement card is on their website, which should be a valid ID and your SSN and proof of citizenship or address like some current mail with your name and address on it. Remember, there's a limit to how many replacement SS cards you may get in a lifetime AND in a year I think. So, try not to waste them. Also, glynis davis and Gabrielle Francis are both TOTALLY wrong and probably just typed an assumed answer. I'm not sure why they think you wouldn't need anything. Lol, if that were the case, they'd be giving out everybody's SSNs to anyone! Does that sound right? Well, Idk they really do give actual SSNs out to the same people! I knew this girl who had the same # as a guy, same name & everything! They must've had the same DOB too. I think she realized it when she looked at her transcript at Flo Valley & saw classes on there she'd never taken. Anyway, always do your research.
