I just had that problem recently and called them and she walked through a process that seems to have fixed it. I cannot tell you why she said it was going on but it is fixed after she rebooted from their office or something like that.
Could be a number of things. Have you got it working yet? Is your wireless router a separate unit? Did you try to unplug them wait... Then restart them?
