Good internet service, absolutely garbage company to deal with. Had them for 6 years at a previous residence and almost never had internet speeds dip below advertised speed, nor did the service go down anywhere near as often as it does with companies like Mediacom. This is where the good parts of the review end. The problems all came when it was time to move and cancel our services. Can't cancel online of course because that's too easy and customer friendly, so fine we call them. We call and cancel everything and are told to ship our boxes/modem back to them and call back with the shipping label, so we do that and are told "Oh, I have no idea why someone told you to call back, but thanks we'll cancel your account once we get everything back.". Weird, but ok at least it's over. Nope. Next month comes a new bill, and we decide ok we'll pay this last one because of uncertainty over what dates it covers, but this is absolutely the last one. We've likely paid for 1 1/2 months more than we needed to at this point, so you're welcome Spectrum. Bills continued to come for the next 4 months (up til now). We called Spectrum numerous times over this period (and got called by them repeatedly) and were told they did not receive our equipment, that they were missing a box. We have a photo of the equipment that was taken to UPS, there is no question whatsoever that all 3 cable boxes and the modem were shipped. Absolutely nothing was missing. So not only has this company harassed us for many months and billed us when there is no service to bill for, but they have turned it over to collections so now we get to deal with another set of lovely people. Thank you so much spectrum. Now I get to try and steer everyone I know away from your garbage customer service.

Very disappointed with the many years of service. Constantly raised the rates and eliminated channels even though i was assured again and again it would not happen. Two different customer reps told me : "sorry, but they lied to you." Final blow was being charged for a full month when I disconnected on the sixth day of the month.

Spectrum as a cable company with city level contracts should serve anything in the Columbia City limits

Office might be your only shot. They send the pin over an email when you first set up service. You could try to get on their website and log in using your email and see if you can't reset the password. Hope this helps!
No, to pay your bill by card in Columbia you have to physically go to the store and the card must be your personal card you cannot pay it with someone else's card due to their security. If you have internet you can call them and get your online account setup and take care of it that way.
Call office they will send you boxes
I just had that problem recently and called them and she walked through a process that seems to have fixed it. I cannot tell you why she said it was going on but it is fixed after she rebooted from their office or something like that.
