I don't know but let me give you a tip from one of their technicians. Don't sign up for the 'blazing hot fastest internet speeds up to 200 or 400 mbps' bit. The most popular sites like Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, etc. put a cap on their speed so that it doesn't crash their whole system. So that means if you're paying extra for blazing hot fast internet speed you're not going to see a difference in performance but of course you WILL see the difference in your bill. Our honest technician said he has 100 mbps and that's about the best you can do. As expected, Spectrum will not tell you any of this because their lawyers have figured out that they have no obligation to tell you any of the above information because, technically, they ARE giving you 400 mbps but they conveniently leave out that the most popular sites cap their speed. THAT is why they push the extra channels package. They know they can't deliver on faster internet speed.
