Yes they do.
Yes, Door 222 does take reservations. However if it is busy and you forgot, you can request to sit on the end tables. It is tight, but they normally won't sit people there unless they request it. It only works for parties of 1-3 though.
I do believe they take reservations. Just call ahead.
