I have left a previous review, but am now seeing a different vet here since mine retired, so I am posting again. I saw Dr. Ackerman for an urgent appointment when my pup become ill very suddenly. The clinic was able to get me in quickly, set up appropriate testing and meds initially, and then followed up quickly with results and a couple of additional tests to rule in/out potential issues. I received constant updates and check-ins, and even got a call on a Sunday to share results when they got them. Dr Ackerman is so knowledgeable and caring. She made this tough time so much easier through explaining everything so well and letting me know what things could be and what they were testing for. She is thorough, an amazing communicator, and truly a highly educated professional. My pup is so much better and we have a plan to keep him that way. I love this clinic and their entire team and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We came to the Loveland vet clinic when our dog sustained a wound and our normal vet was closed. They were kind enough to fit us in not once but twice. The entire staff was amazing and extra kind to our dog. Thanks for the great service!
