Where do you park

I agree, parking structure on north accessible at Champa St and Speer Blvd

There is parking on the east side that is above the center.

There's also a parking lot behind the venue that is pretty good

That's where I would park North of the garage

Unfortunately parking is something left to you. Being downtown everywhere is pretty much paid parking. My suggestion is paid parking close by. By the time you've driven around to find parking on the street, you will have burned enough gas to just pay for lot parking. I hope this was helpful.
