There are only a few stairs leading up into the main lobby. It wouldn't be difficult to get up them with crutches. There is a bathroom for people with mobility issues on the same floor. The floor of the theater itself has the usual slight grade towards the stage. I do not remember seeing an elevator, so if you have seats on the balcony level there will be some traditional steps to overcome. There is also very-little to no-room to store the crutches if you need them close by.
Yes of course they do.
Yes, there are ADA facilities. However, it can be a challenge to get to mezanine and balcony seating because there is only one small elevator which can only be accessed with staff assistance. Better to stick with orchestra level seating. There is an ADA rest room on that floor as well. Let the staff know of your needs and they can likely make your visit more enjoyable.
I would think you'll be okay. I walked with a cane for a couple of shows there, and it was fine!
