They usually let you in 1 hr before the show starts.
That may depend on when the performance is, but for us it opened at 7PM for an 8PM show.

I purchased 2 tickets for Frankie Valli which was cancelled and rescheduled twice. Only one of the tickets appears on my account. I would like to confirm that I have two tickets for this Friday. How do I talk to a person to check on this?

We had tickets to Tyler Henrys show in Denver for 2020. I haven't seen anything about a rescheduled show. I do see that he's coming now in 2022 but it doesn't say rescheduled. Are we getting refunds or can we attend this show? How does that work?
