Yes, you need a camping pass and a vehicle entry pass. I booked online so the camping pass was already taken care of. The daily vehicle pass can be purchased at the gate either from the gatehouse or (in the off season) the automated machine that accepts credit cards.

Yes. You can buy a daily pass at the gate once you enter (on the south side). Or you can buy an annual pass at the info center or online.
I've only camped and a State Parks pass is needed. You can buy a daily pass or an annual pass.
