I haven't ridden my bike through the track so I couldn't say how it is, but I have eaten lunch here and from what I could see it looks like a nice track.

The track is closed today due to mud and snow.

How young of kids would this track work for?

Any age child is fine here. The little ones can ride the flat part of track and exit off at any point. It's a fairly flat track within a children's park, so it has to be geared towards all.
