THIS IS IMPORTANT! You CANNOT get in to the parking lot after a certain time!! Its ALL out going! To be safe.... be in the parking area by 10pm! I'd suggest that you pick either East entrance (you are then forced out onto pine knob rd) or West entrance (you go out Sashabaw rd) there are other doors but these are easily identifiable...I'm a driver and am there all the time and KNOW this causes many people that think they can be just picked up at the end of the concert grief..... You CANNOT get in once it all becomes outgoing
Yes, You can only enter through the South entrance (This is the same pre-show entrance for VIP/Handicapped) for parent, uber,Lyft or taxi-cabs. It not well marked, but is located just south of the Main entrance.
Most of the answers on this thread are incorrect lol. Yes there is a parents park, you must enter south drive, which is located just south of the marquee on sashabaw. It is poorly lit entrance but there is a sign that says guest pick-up. You will end up right in front of the west Entrance. The east entrance and vip lots will be off limits 35 min prior to show end.
The best option would be for you to park in CVS or Rite Aid and have your child walk. It’s not as far away as most people think.
