Yes, all seating is open. I advise bringing a beach chair that is no higher than six inches off the ground that is the height allowed at the venue chairs are for rent at the venue for $10. It is first come first served so I would advise getting there early in order to set up your blanket with enough room for your party. The hill fills up pretty quickly once the gates are open.
