He is allowed to bring a backpack if it contains medical supplies only. It must be of the smaller variety and will be searched and possibly x-rayed.
Backpack is not allowed. Blanket should be fine, and chairs depend on the event.
They weren't renting chairs or letting anyone bring them in for Wrif fest,so the smart 😏people dont throw them around 🤷♂️

Your only to bring in a fanny pack size item but if he has needs with his handycapiblity you may able to bring what he needs in..

They allow canes, walkers and wheel chairs. No backpacks but, they allow medical bags that are a specific size (you can check their website). You can bring a blanket and the chairs can only be beach chairs that are no taller than 12" off the ground. I brought a hoodie and had to carry it. Went yesterday and it was a great time. If you have lawn. You are going to need 2 blankets, one for the ground and one to cover yourselves. The ground was wet and by 9 I was hurting so bad we had to leave. Hope you guys have a great time!
