Cell phones absolutely allowed. However some of the artists are now requiring non photo shows meaning no photographs or video taping during the show. This is at the request of the performer and not the venue. Check each specific show to see if you're allowed to take pictures it will also mention this at the metal detectors when you enter the venue.
