Yes, sort of. If there is lightning or a tornado watch/ warning show can be cancelled or cut short.
Yes. The artists perform under a covered pavillion with many seats. Some attendees choose to sit on the lawn and bring blankets or low chairs and take their chance with the weather. Rain does not stop performances. Tornado might be a different story.
