MY 2022 REFUND WAS CHANGED AND THEY MAILED ME A LETTER,TALKING ABOUT THE ERRORS AND ALL THAT’ AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT THEM IF I DISAGREE WITH THE CHANGES, BUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THEM NO RESPONSE AT ALL, do I just visit the office???

You can't walk to their offices for help either. They will tell you to call a number to schedule an appointment. Though however that number is either down or so full they can't help you at all.

I'm in the same situation as you I've been calling them almost everyday but can't seem to get through. Did you visit the office or did you have to make an appointment? Please let me know.
