Training at GTR was a great experience for me. Run by four very good men. Good old school men of the world, tough men with super sweet hearts. And above all, these men are committed without reservation, to teaching people how to drive a rig. They certainly made a truck driver out of me, and then found me a good job. I definitely see this as a good school at a good price, and I consider these guys my friends. :) VEDDY GOOD TEACHERS !!!! (:

Well what you have to do go to Secretary of State and ask them if you take the written test for CLP. They will tell you exactly if you can became a truck driver based on your driving record. After they say yes then you have to apply to 2 trucking companies for pre hire letters. After that, you will have a clear answer to your question. As for hiring you after you get pre hires I will find a job for you depending on which program you choose to attend.
