We are working hard to consistently protect our guests and our team! Right from the beginning we invested & installed an ULTRAVIOLET Air Treatment System into our air /heating units-- PROVEN TO IMPROVE AIR QUALITY & ELIMINATE MOLD, BACTERIA AND AIRBORNE VIRUSES! We initiated additional protocols to clean even more than normal, wearing gloves & masks at all times, eliminate paper menus, We purchased an ultraviolet tabletop purifier & wands to constantly eliminate impurities, ensure air quality, and disinfect all surfaces (tables, chairs, doors, handles) throughout the day. We have remained at 50% occupancy to ensure guests safety & proper distancing. Everything in our kitchen has always been on wheels and is moved consistently, on a rotating basis to ensure deep cleaning throughout the kitchen. We have consistently received stellar ratings with the MD Dept of Health for all our health inspections. We hire & find those dedicated to high standards & constantly train employees.

We have a UV lighting filtration system recycling clean air is every 2 minutes. We use a UV stand throughout the restaurant when closed, and after spraying down the tables we use a UV wand to make sure all germs are killed before seating again. Our entire staff wear gloves and replace them every 30 minutes. This DOES protect customers and as well our staff. They are 90% less likely to touch their faces which could lead to infection saving both other staff and customers. I would never foregive myself if a customer or staff member contracted covid by something I didn't do!
