Since moving to the area, it has been terribly difficult to find a nail salon with great customer service and quality product. A couple of people recommended Bliss to me, so I decided to stop in. They were able to get me in same day, which I appreciated. I asked for a dip set and a kids pedicure for my daughter. The nail tech servicing my daughter told me he would do her nails and bring her over to me. No problem. I went over and had my nails done by Amber. I generally enjoyed the service and was pleased with the outcome for the most part. My daughter was later brought over to me. I looked at her toes and it looked to me like she had only had a polish change. I asked the tech, and he insisted she had received warm towels, scrub, and lotion applied. I took his word. For my dip set, I wanted the opi bubble bath color, but they didn't have it as a dip powder, so Amber said she'd do a clear dip and put the opi gel polish on. I was a bit apprehensive, and informed her I'm a massage therapist. In my experience gel polish always chips after a couple of days. In my profession, my hands are always in oils and creams, so I have learned to avoid gel polish. The tech told me I didn't have to worry about it chipping because it was being painted on the dip powder and not my natural nails. Ok, I took her word. Before she began polishing, she told me to wash my hands. I only used water as I've been told by other techs, soap before polishing can make the gel chip too. When I returned to the table, she began polishing, but my nails were still a little wet with water. I said this to her, but she was like it's ok. In my past experience, the tech will usually fully dry the nails before polishing --even wipe them off with alcohol/polish remover. When my nails were finished, I paid $75 for both myself and daughter, as well as tipped each tech. When I stepped outside and looked closely at my nails in the sun, I saw my thumb nail had a hair polished into it, and was a bit bumpy. Pressed for time, I said I'll come back to get it fixed. I looked at my daughter's toes, I saw the left over dark blue polish from her previous pedicure had only been polished over with a new light blue polish, instead of removed. I was so disappointed. It made me question if my daughter really got the service I paid for. She's 4, so she always happy to get her nails done. Over the next 2 days, two of my nails gel polish chipped. I went in on the 2nd day and asked for the 3 nails to be fixed -- 2 chipped, and thumb nail with hair. A new tech fixed it without issue. I went to the checkout counter, which I was going to get change to pay a tip in cash as a show of appreciation. I was instead met with your total is $10 for the fix. What?!?! The polish chipped as I said it would, and the thumb was an error by the nail tech. Why am I being charged?? Instead of tipping as planned, I paid the $10 and left. I really should have expressed my dissatisfaction with the charge, but again, was on a time crunch. The next day, after getting my nails fixed, I picked up a book for story time with my daughter. My thumb that had been fixed the day before, chipped. Polish and dip powder off. This is so frustrating as a busy mom, and paying customer. It hasn't even been 1 week, and I'm needing to get my nails fixed 2 times. I really wanted to like this place. It's pretty, and close by. I love the look of my nails. The quality is the issue. UPDATE 6/11/22: I called regarding my thumb nail that chipped after being filed too thin from the first repair, and was told to come in at 6pm for it to be repaired. Once I arrived, the salon manager, Ellie, told me they would not be able to do anything to repair the nail without an additional charge. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and she offered to call her supervisor, which I opted for. Upon returning after speaking with her superior, she said they understood the issue, but would not be able. To assist in fixing the nail. Why would you have me come in, and waste my time? This business is lacking ethics and I do not recommend this establishment.

my cousins and i went there today, one classic mani/pedi, one gel mani/pedi and one children mani/pedi. the pedicures were fine, but it came to the manicures this is a whole other story. the children manicure was fine, not precise and one finger wasn’t done proper, we asked for someone to come and fix it and no one showed up. my classic manicure was done in matter of a few minutes with no care whatsoever, no preciseness - the nail polish is unevenly painted, airbubbles (see pictures shared). and for my cousin who got a gel manicure with extensions, oh well, where to start. she told her nail technician what she wanted, but she didn’t listen to her wants and started raising her voice at her for not coming in earlier because she was too tired to do the nails my cousin had asked for. my cousin started having a panic attack because of the nail technician being rude and raising her voice at her that she had to leave the salon with just the extensions (no color) that look horrible. in the middle of that another nail technician or maybe front desk worker came to me pressuring me to pay now as i was waiting with my hands under the drying fan for my nails to dry (as i was instructed to). so i had to deal with one of the workers treating me as i was not going to be paying and forcing me to pay as the same moment as another worker was raising her voice (almost screaming) at my cousin and her having a panic attack. at the end we still paid for everything and left a generous tip. i wish we could’ve gotten a refund, poor customer service, poor quality of service.

Helen did a bomb job on my nails. Solid apex and amazing attention to my cuticles alongside making sure nails were straight! 65$ for what you see. Shop is very capable of doing heavy graphics or designs for customers who choose to do so. Can become pricy but you pay for what you get.

My Wife invited Me to Her Bliss Nail Spa appointment last minute because I got off Work early. When I arrived We were seated promptly in the seats for a pedicure. The chairs had massage capabilities that I needed on My lower back. My Wife and I sat next to each other which made the experience feel more loving. We then went to separate stations to get Our manicure. I was done before My Wife because She got Her nails designed and eye brows done. We paid about $200 and tips are cash only. I would definitely go back again.

I would think so. They offered me tea and water when I've gone there.
