I purchased online to return Lodge cast iron skillets. The sales personnel were courteous, patient and helpful. My intention is to grill more ( on outdoors grill ) without burning, scorching my grill delights, settled for Lodge Black lock cast iron. Thrilled, grill dinners are phenomenal !

You pay for the quality in this place. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We always find some new gift ideas at this store every time we visit.

I went to get a counter over. William Sonoma had several on display. The sales woman, Kelly S was able to explain the features. She patiently answered all the question my husband and I had, checking that we were satisfied with the answers.

They didn't have exactly what I wanted, but I still love W-S. The young lady that helped me there was incredibly attentive and kind and tried her best to find something to meet my needs. I would definitely return.
