PW Gallery has been a nightmare to deal with since I cancelled my order for a piece of art. I never received the artwork, yet they charged my card the full price and despite numerous calls, I haven't received my credit. Who do I call next?

Call your credit card company to dispute the charge. Many credit card companies have policies against sellers charging the account before the seller ships.

I tool have had a nightmare with PW Galleries. I feel like they took advantage of me by selling me artwork that I couldn’t afford and not making sure that I understood the information in the very tiny print regarding the return policy and not being able to cancel my order before I left the ship. I am 79 years old, I cannot see well and the salesman was very good at his job by being very charming. I returned the artwork when I received it and then found about the penalty for returning it. I have been paying the penalty back for almost a year now. Something l can’t afford either. I have tried to contact them to try to find some prices so I could buy something for all the money i still owe. To no avail. Learned a VERY costly lesson. TAKE HEED. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
