They help with alot of different things. It wouldn't hurt to call and ask them.

From what I know, they have a program where they assist with up to $500. I believe that you have to go down there on the 1st and 4th Thursday of every month. I'm not sure if you have to have an eviction or not, so I would recommend calling as well.
