Extremely dirty and unprofessional! I worked here a couple times through an agency and had a resident there tell me he had bed bugs in his room, I immediately told the nurse and her exact words were, “he’s lying” literally not even a half hour later seen a bed bug. The staff got upset with me and asked me to go home

Very unprofessional and DIRTY!!! Horrible communication, my mother didn’t have proper care and ended in the hospital after 3 days. The staff just want to talk back to you. Personal belongings went missing. DO NOT SEND loved ones here!

The place is just straight up GHETTO. Staff wearing bonnets, talking obnoxiously loud and cursing in front of residents and us and we were visiting someone smh. The place looks like a run down shack and I wish there was a way I could get my family member out of there smh. This is a horrible place to put ANYONE. How this place is allowed to be open is beyond me smh. My heart aches for everyone that has to be there and cannot advocate for themselves. I would NOT want any of those ppl to care for me 24/7 when they’re this unprofessional.

I stayed in this place less then 24 hours. How it hasn't been shut down is beyond me!! Not only that they kept my whole month worth of pain meds And lied and said they dispensed them to me when I left.
