Yes and No. Put your rent money n escrow. Someone will represent u n court. Ask for Tiffany Housze. You will have your day n court. In the the meantime: if u refused to pay rent because they refused to do repairs, u must show proof. Ask them(UCHC), to help u find a place. But u must put your money n escrow, because they will help u with the other half u to $500. Good luck!
