Gustavo your experience was an isolated incident. There was an emergency and one of the girls had to leave, this does not always happen and you were not the only one on time this day. We do respect clients coming in on time. My appts are always on schedule and occasionally these things do happen and I’m sorry your 1st experience with us did not go well.
I don't know if you did read what I wrote. Nobody said anything about a "rush job" and about a "Blow dry bar", but that's what it looks like. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE FOR A SIMPLE MAN HAIRCUT and after 30 min waiting, they didn't even were concerned about not being on time, that's very UNPROFESSIONAL. Probably their clients are used to crazy schedules and not being on time, luckily I'm not a regular of this type of places. Thanks, but never again.
