Had an appointment to do some highlights on my hair. My appointment was at 2pm. When I arrive my assign stylist was finishing up with the client before me. She then came out to get me only to tell me her expertise is in balayage and my hair won’t be done because the process was going to take longer than the time they are expected to close . I left work 6 1/2 hours early for this appointment that was not fulfilled. Will not be returning back here . Very upset and disappointed.

I used groupon for a haircut and WOW. Groupon or not, KHADIJA did a fantastic job. I don’t just let anyone cut my hair and I really took a chance here. I would come back and request Khadija over again! and I will :) Thank you!
