I don't believe so. I've seen mothers with infant carriers and some toddlers. My only advice is to not let the small children run free because some of the dogs can be quite big, excited, or both.
Not that I know of and I used to bring my two year olds nephew
I bring my kid's with me and never had an issue. Enjoy!
