I am considering purchasing a home around 6900 west Oak Park Ave in Tinley Park. I am somewhat concerned about its proximity to the T.Pk. wetlands. Has anyone noted flooding in the streets in this area after heavy rainfall?

I live near 159th and Ridgeland. I know someone who lives in that area and hasn't had a problem. Have the agent ask the home owners that question and look at the walls in the basement. If there are water lines anywhere it would show

I haven't seen any in that area ,but just ask any of the residents to make sure of no basement flooding due to water table😉
