I read alot of reviews that are negative but honestly its really not that bad here. Maintenance is pretty prompt on showing up. The women in the office are always very helpful. They are always trying to get more activities for families and its always nice to have management that is so friendly

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are crooks who will promise you approval then run your credit only to deny you even with good credit knowing they probably promised the apartment to one of their baby daddies or something. Now seeing the reviews I’m glad I won’t be living in these rundown project looking apartments.

I tried to get an apartment here. The managment was extremely rude. I asked them why they ignored my calls for a week and they started yelling at me and told me i cant get an apartment. I attempted to complain to corporate about how I was treated. The woman i spoke to at corporate yelled at me and told me I was the rude one. I was yelled at multiple times for no reason. I never raised my voice, never swore, never insulted anyone. This is a very sad way to run a business. They treat people however they want and they have no one to answer to for it.
