Great customer service, fast process, extremely professional came here after I long drive from Texas was extremely exhausted which I ended up reserving a heating unit Dianne & Pamela went above and beyond to assist me in my process and getting my à unit that fits my need for the unit. The facility is very clean inside and outside.

I worked with Danniye at the Oak Forest location. She was super helpful, professional, and kind. Her customer service was excellent. Only catch is iStorage website doesn't mention you are required to pay for insurance regardless if you have rental insurance or rather just decline the insurance in general. The move in was super smooth. The facilities is super clean and well secured. I would recommend this location.
