I work in a butcher/food store. We change our gloves everytime we change our areas. If i am cutting meat and have to slice meat in the deli,gloves get changed.or vise versa. If I am making sandwiches,gloves get changed...same with changing from cutting beef to pork to fish. That is the stores rule...and 8 agree with it. You should really ask a manager
