No but they allow bag packs they don't check them.
There is no food in the cafe. I went and asked the guy what kind of food they have and he pointed to some sandwiches in a regular plastic bag that were hard and stiff when I picked it up I was so hungry when I was there. Plus its all around kinda lame anyway.
No you have to purchase the food from thier cafe
While the cafeteria is under construction, yes. But normally, no.
