I'm very glad to visit this place, I was looking for a place like this, I was very surprised that they have a festival the day I visited, it was Sunday and they'll having this festival the whole month of October

No they do not
No fee for entering the farm, parking, or walking the paths. The only costs are if you are attending events there or buying something. Free restrooms in the museum building or porto-potties for the paths
