I've order a part on July 17th and i cant get a hold of anyone on where my part is. I sent emails and left voicemails but still no response. 1st time ordering something from Elite and will be the last time i order from here. Greatly disappointed from this company.

UPDATE 10/21/2022: Lowering to 4 stars due to lack of response concerning ordered parts. Others have mentioned the same, and while I had hoped they were wrong they appear to be spot on. Calling the shop, leaving messages, and asking for a call back doesn't appear to get a response back from them. Will update when communication improves! ORIGINAL REVIEW: First impressions of the shop were great. They keep it clean and organized, you can tell that there is much thought that went into keeping parts and customer items arranged for an efficient workflow. Friendly and knowledgeable personnel, very willing to answer your questions and help you learn. The owner took the time to listen to our concerns and ideas regarding our Mazda RX-7 without trying to rush us out or upsell us on anything. We felt very comfortable and confident in his answers and prices, and did not experience any of the issues mentioned in the negative reviews here. We had come in originally because of faulty wiring that we had connected to the engine fan that had melted due to lack of a fuse. He took the time to explain to us the new wiring, how to connect it back, and let us know how to ensure the fuse is the appropriate amperage for the fan. He offered to inspect it once we installed the new wiring into the car to ensure it was appropriately connected. On a side note regarding the negative reviews about Elite, the owner has mentioned in the responses however I also wanted to add on to them. Everyone is experiencing not only manufacturing shortages but also employee shortages. We did go through a pandemic after all and we're all still recovering from this. There are many reasons why some people have for poor reviews however you must also take into consideration not only the above mention but also some people want the best for the cheapest and done quickly - and they're not happy when that doesn't happen. These types of expectations are unreasonable and unrealistic! We did get a tour of the shop and the work they do is excellent in my opinion. You can see the fine attention to detail and the heart that is put into their craftsmanship. Their prices are reasonable, the techs are knowledgeable, and the work is spot on. Make your own opinion of Elite based on your own experiences. I know we have and we'll continue to patron here and support their business.

Bought a 13B-REW engine from these guys last December (2021) and SAL has yet to call me back about cancelling the order. Just cancel it. Always on Dyno or out driving customer car around. Emailed AND called WITHOUT responses. When I do get in contact, the secretary always says she'll relay message to SAL who obviously never leaves the Dyno or customers cars. My number is the same and my review of this from MICHAEL STEFFIN is who placed the order last year for a motor that was going to get inspected and sent out. They've posted several videos and posts on Facebook about what they're doing and selling, but can call me back or email.
