Why did the name change

It was sold to Regal. Santikos sold both of their Houston locations "to focus on their home market of San Antonio"

It was not sold or bought out. Santikos wanted to focus on San Antonio so they are leasing out all of their Houston venues to Regal.

Bought out by Regal.

They sold out. Still not bad but they were better before.
