We’ve recently moved into a house managed by Rentlife. The whole leasing process was really easy and straight forward. They were accommodating to our needs and we had an easy self move in as we requested. The house was perfectly ready for us and we are happy here. We only had one miss understanding regarding the front and backyard which were not well maintained when we moved in and while taking care of it ourselves, the city township sent us a notice about the grass not being trimmed. We got a HOA violation fee charge but after explaining the situation to Mark, he offered waiving the fee since we have had already corrected the issue and it was more of an innocent mistake. We’ve never lived in a community so strict but and the end it helps keeping the neighborhood nice.

We use an Independent Third Party, which screens the applicant's credit through TransUnion Credit bureau, a National and Federal Criminal Background check, employment verification along with a rental confirmation. If the Applicant has a pet, their pet is screened and verified through PetScreening.com.
