If it's anything like Roosevelt Park it's $150 for 4 hours. I don't think there's a clubhouse there Clubhouse goes for $300 for 4 hours and youl need to call four months in advance. You call see City Parks and Recreation Office.

Yes you would need to speak with Parks and Rec. Remember the pavillion is seperate from the kitchen area rental.
