i am 14 and want a nose piercing, I would have a parent with me, a written note from my parent, and we could bring anything else you might need to get the piercing? Can i get the piercing?

The State of Arkansas does not allow anyone under the age of 16 to get anything pierced but the ear lobes, once you are 16 you will need to call for an appointment and also bring your birth certificate and your ID and ine of the Parent's on your certificate with their ID as well, thanks for asking.

It's my understanding that you will also need a birth certificate. They only take cash, too. I suggest you call them directly for exact information. Good luck.
